ABR indicates that I have successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.

SFR indicates that I have completed training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk for both the buyer and seller of a foreclosed or short sale property.
